Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from day of shipment but only for items that are lost or damaged. There are no returns for customers who do not like the merchandise or ordered the wrong size or item. If 30 days have passed since the day your items shipped, then we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Knuckleball Nation at email@example.com within 30 days of shipment.
Knuckleball Nation employs a drop-shipping service for merchandise, so each piece is printed and prepared as ordered. There is no inventory nor does Chris Nowlin or Knuckleball Nation ever touch your merchandise. It is shipped directly to you from the printmaker and the printing, processing and shipping process can take up to two weeks. Please contact Knuckleball Nation for damaged or missing goods within 30 days of shipping, not 30 days of receipt, so there’s ample time to process a refund or replacement with the printmaker.
Online Training Overview
There are no refunds or returns for online training products.
In-Person Training Overview
There are no refunds or returns for missed personal lessons at the academy, group lessons at the academy or knuckleball nation clinics. However, if you have a legitimate reason to miss the lesson or clinic, then contact firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll be able to use the balance for future lessons or clinics.
Refunds are only given in select circumstances, examples include missing or damaged merchandise, a Knuckleball Nation that is canceled by Knuckleball Nation, or some other unforeseen event.
Generally, you will not be refunded for merchandise you do not like or lessons or a clinic you could not attend. Instead, you can use the balance of what you paid for the unwanted or unattended product to pay for future products, online training or events.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will not need to exchange the item for a new one as the drop-shipper will send you a new replacement item. To start the process to replace damaged or missing merchandise, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of shipping.
You will not be asked to mail a product back for returns. If eligible due to damaged or missing goods, you will be able to keep the current item as a new replacement item of equal value is shipped to you.
